Retention period: For the months leading up to the event and until the end of the event or professional responsability.

PURPOSE

In accordance with EU REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and any supplementary regulations that apply:

Registration, sharing, assignment and participation in the Sysmex Annual Meeting 2024 event through the accessing and provision of information in the specific event website.

We process the data to manage the flights and accommodation of the attendees.
